TEAM Hughes is committed to excellence as our mission and duty. Bob, as an RVSA and RVIA/RVDA certified RV service and repair tech and troubleshooter, brings a degree in Electronic Engineering to a repair field that has become increasingly dependent on electronic controls. As fulltimers, Bob and his wife, Carrie, know that getting the job done so their fellow RVers can continue on the road is priority #1. TEAM Hughes uses the web based DTI parts/service and 5 regional parts warehouses to quickly get replacement parts, working in the shortest amount of time possible. With the use of a laptop and a wireless air card, ordering parts is just a click away.  TEAM Hughes is also a Dometic authorized service provider.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide a quality, reliable, affordable and fast alternative to the old way of doing things.  Gone are the headaches of taking your RV to a shop, waiting all day and getting a huge bill.  Sometimes, your rig isn’t serviced the same day, which can be a horror for those of us who live in our rigs. We don’t compete for business with dealerships and fixed repair shops, but rather, we enhance and help these establishments by providing a service they are unable to deliver, thus decreasing their work load and improving their scheduling times for service and appointments. We do business the Old-Fashioned Way—by doing a good job and earning your trust.
