About Us

Bob and Carrie travel the highways and byways as fulltime RVers in their Cedar Creek 5th wheel. They are a team in all senses of the word as Carrie is actively involved in Bob’s life and work as his administrative person, and Bob is involved in Carrie's live as her mentor. Both have heard and responded to the call to work in the home mission field.

Bob Hughes

Bob grew up in Oceanside, CA where he started diving and surfing in 1964. Upon completing active duty in the US Navy Reserves in 1969, he started a career as a commercial diver and surveyor, which he maintained until January of 2005. Having been a fulltime Realtor, Bob and his wife Carrie became fulltime Christian RVers after selling their home and hitting the road for parts unknown.  They work in the MAPS mission field rebuilding and repairing churches for part of the year while traveling and enjoying life all the time. Bob graduated from the Recreational Vehicle Service Academy in the Spring of 2007 and became a certified RV service and repair tech, which is really handy on the road and on projects!

Carrie Hughes

Carrie is a full time independent Real Estate trainer and teaches classes all over the United States. With over 40 years experience as a Realtor and paralegal, she knows more about the real estate industry than most! Raised between New England and Florida, Carrie has a way about her that will make you feel as though you've known her for life! She loves people, she loves training, and she's passionate about every facet of her life.
