A complete list of services is listed below, as well as service call fees and labor charges. All old parts will be returned to the customer unless other arrangements are made

 

HVAC Systems: Air Conditioning (Roof Top) & Heating (Furnaces)

Winterizing:  Everything necessary to ensure your rig is completely winterized

Roof Repair: Sealing, Resurfacing and Caulking

Water & Storm Damage: Interior & Exterior

Accessory Repair and Installation: Awnings, Satellite Systems, Jacks, Levelers, etc…

Water Systems: Fresh Water Systems & Components (Water Lines, Water Pumps, Water Heaters & Water Filtering)

Waste Water Systems (Black & Gray)

Generators (Gas, LP, Diesel): Portable & Mounted

Electrical Systems: (120V AC/12V DC Circuits, Power Converters/Inverters, Batteries)

Chassis Systems: Slide-outs, Brake Systems (Trailers Only), Temporary Tire Repair, Leveling Systems

Service Fees  & Labor Charges:

 

   Service Time $75.00/Hour

1st visit mobile fee $ 40.00 minimum

Over 20 miles $2/mile from home base to jobsite

 

 

Due to the fact that RV parts are not standardized, parts must be paid for when ordered.

 

* Emergency Service - We define emergency service as service that has to be done for safeguarding a customer's health and safety, and any repairs or service performed after our normal business hours (9am to 5pm Monday-Friday). Labor and Service Rates are doubled.

Extended Warranty Information

Because of the added  time and expense to our company when a consumer uses an extended warranty plan we now are forced to pass these expenses on to you the consumer. These added expenses are long distance phone calls, additional visits, and additional verification. We are sorry for this but 30 minute jobs have taken 3 hours because of the use of the extended warranty  program. Several jobs have been on hold for a week or more as we are forced to defend the consumers claim.
