As a mobile RV repair operation, we charge an initial diagnostic fee and/or a mobile fee to cover our expenses of coming out to you. On some service calls the warranty company may cover the service call charge, but that is between the company and you.  We have a network of supply houses and warehouses that we utilize to obtain parts.

Extended Warranty Information

Because of the added  time and expense to our company when a consumer uses an extended warranty plan we now are forced to pass these expenses on to you the consumer. These added expenses are long distance phone calls, additional visits, and additional verification. We are sorry for this but 30 minute jobs have taken 3 hours because of the use of the extended warranty  program. Several jobs have been on hold for a week or more as we are forced to defend the consumers claim.
